Over seven years, I delivered more than 4,500 workers to over 300 clients across Scandinavia, gaining deep knowledge of how this market works and what companies really need.

We have the experience, the network, the technology and the references built over more than two decades of operating in the Scandinavian construction market. What currently limits the realization of larger projects is not demand, but the working capital required to deploy workers and launch multiple contracts simultaneously. The demand for skilled construction workers in Scandinavia remains strong, but executing larger projects requires working capital. Deploying workers involves upfront costs such as travel, accommodation, equipment and initial operational expenses. While we already have the experience, infrastructure and partnerships in place, additional capital allows us to scale faster and take on larger contracts.
We are looking for a strategic partner or investor who understands the long-term potential of the Scandinavian construction workforce market. Ideally, this partner supports the growth of NORDIN not only through capital but also through recruitment capacity, operational support or industry connections.
NORDIN is not starting from zero. The project is built on over 25 years of experience in the Scandinavian staffing industry. We already have an established network of recruitment partners, huge candidate and customers database, a technology platform supporting sales and recruitment, and relationships with companies across the Nordic construction market.
Many Scandinavian construction companies struggle to find reliable and qualified workers. At the same time, many recruitment agencies lack direct access to clients in the Nordic market. NORDIN connects these two sides by creating a platform where trusted agencies and companies can work together efficiently.
Our goal is to gradually scale operations across the Scandinavian construction market. Based on the growth model presented in our financial projections, we aim to reach approximately 100 active workers on projects by 2029, with further expansion possible through additional partnerships and new clients.
NORDIN is designed as a collaborative platform rather than a single agency. By connecting multiple trusted recruitment partners, we are able to access a much larger candidate pool and deliver workers faster while maintaining high standards required by Scandinavian companies.
